Artisanal Belgian pralines and chocolate specialities. Marleen has all different qualities. You'll receive a little taste and upon your purchase a little chocolate present.
Away from the main shopping streets surrounded by fine bistros and restaurants you'll find Olivier and his staff selling the artisanal pralines his father and brother make.
Located in souvenir street (Katelijnestraat), this is one of the few, if not the only, original shop left in this buzzling tourist area. The pralines made here, in the back of the shop, are little works of art! Expensive, but worth the price. It's Elise who runs the shop, and chef Kristoff making these pralines in the back of the shop.
The best traditional waffles in the world, made to order by John. You'll receive a €0,50-discount on any topping when you hand in your Ambassadors' coupon.
A Belgian Waffle dipped in Belgian chocolate. On a stick. Wow! Enjoy this unique treat in the heart of Bruges! Pay 1 euro less on a stickwaffle-beverage combo with the Ambassadors coupon!
Chef Erwin is a bit of a crazy one. Besides sweet waffles with chocolate, ice cream and strawberries, he also prepares savoury waffles with salad, fried bacon, smoked salmon and cheese..
Laurence makes the dough in the back of the shop. It's her family recipe, turned into perfection!
The best selection of Belgian beers in a very cosy bar. No big brewery contract, it's owned and passionately run by Dries and his team. Frequented by beer lovers from all over the world and locals alike.
Hundreds of red roses are hanging down from the ceiling in this restaurant and bar. A fine selection of (trappist) beers combined with sharing dishes make this a popular place with tourists and locals. Reservations advised.
20 beer on tap in an 800-year old medieval cellar and on top of that a whole bunch more bottled beers as well.
On Huidenvettersplein, the Tanner's Square in medieval times, you now find quaint little restaurants. 't Lammetje is one of our favourites with all the dishes famous in Flemish cuisine, including the typical grandmother's dish Hespenrolletjes (chicory rolled in ham, drowned in cheese sauce, with cheese gratinated on top), mussles and signature dish Lamb's rack, on the menu.
Kened runs this restaurant with one of the best views of Bruges with passion for quality and service. The pork cheeks braised and stewed in Leffe Ruby beer (a variation of the classic Flemish beef stew) are a delight for the palate.
Praised by local chefs running fine dining restaurant for its true Flemish cuisine. Flemish beef stew, rabbit stew and other dishes served with fries and home-made mayonaise. On top of that: 400+ beers on the menu.

The atmosphere, almost as if you're stepping into the roaring 20's - with a chilled out playlist instead of lindy hop though - that Dieter & Shanna have created here is blissful. Great cocktails, classics and surprises alike, friendly staff, low and high seats make this a (hidden) gem worth visiting.
Wilco has had a passion for roasting coffee beans for years and in 2024 opened a specialty bar across the street and since the first day they opened there have been a lot of locals and tourists alike enjoying their specialty coffee.
Not just hot chocolate, but a menu to choose from: from very dark to moderatly dark, different milk chocolates, one white chocolate and some specials. You'll get a big mug of steaming hot milk, the chocolate you chose and a little whisk. It's hot chocolate heaven.
It means that it's a Pay What You Want tour. At the end of the tour, you decide what the tour is worth to you and whether you want to reward the guide accordingly (and according to your budget). That way everyone can enjoy a tour.
Yes they do! If we were affraid of a little rain that half of the time we'd have to cancel our tours. Instead we adapt! With some light rain: we try to fix an umbrella for the participants that forgot their own, walk faster and relax once we've found shelter again. With heavy rain: we make sure everyone is properly dressed for bad weather or divert into buildings.
For years local & independant tour companies like us had to fight against a few global players and large booking platforms extorting us with booking fees. The 2020 global pandemic gave us the opportunity to work on a shared platform.
